MS SQL Server database support or MS Access support.
ASP scripting support
ASP Sessions (used for security and session tracking)
Persits ASPJPeg component for image compression and thumbnails
one of the following mail components: CDO, ASPMail, ASPEmail

If you will be purchasing our source code license and providing your own hosting, you must have the following:

ASP programming skills
Persits ASPJPeg component for image compression and thumbnails; this component is used compress & optimize uploaded images, and to build thumbnail images.The auction can run without this comp.
SQL Server programming skills (MS Access available as well)
FTP access to your site.
The ability to install our sample site and customize it to fit your needs
The ability to set up a scheduled task that runs an ASP page on whatever interval you want (this is the task that looks for completed auctions and does email and other processing) Free tool.
